CBD Oil Benefits

September 28, 2018 by Lynn Sholes Leave a Comment

Please welcome my guest blogger, Steve Kesterson. He has done a lot of research on the benefits of CBD Oil.

PAIN. We all suffer varying bouts with degrees of pain. A revolution has emerged with a plant species extraction that has been known by man for centuries and in our lifetime maligned and outlawed by governments worldwide. Cannabis; two kinds, marijuana, and Hemp, are finding new inroads in medical treatment and providing sufferers a benign solution for chronic pain and relief from a plethora of medical maladies. Hemp oil, in particular, is a derivative that contains only a trace of THC which is the psychoactive side of marijuana’s popularity with pot lovers.

Cannabidiol—CBD has been approved in almost every state of U.S., and when the pending revised Farm Bill of 2018 passes Congress this fall it will be federally approved along with medical marijuana, better known as pot. Cannabidiol stimulates the creation of beneficial cannabinoids that our body’s endocannabinoid system creates. That is why there is no such thing as an overdose of CBD. Our body sloughs off what it doesn’t need.

As an example is a subject, I am writing about in my next blog post. Take aches and pains from vigorous exercise which many of us regardless of age indulge in because it is a healthy endeavor that contributes to our physical wellbeing and longevity. Forget about Ibuprophen, Tylenol, and aspirin. Every application of that poison is covered by some type of delivery that is often palliative but certainly not safe in the long run. You can massage sore muscles with CBD oil enhanced creams. Your body will take the CBD transdermally. You can eat CBD in Gummies and other sweets. In fact, you can get juice enhanced with CBD. There are dozens of new products for enjoyable consumption being developed every day. Stop short changing yourself, and your family, leave the poisons behind. Let’s not forget that often the simpler approach is the most efficient way. The quickest way to experience CBD effects is by inhaling using a vaporizer. The most popular and least complicated way is to take the oil sublingually. Holding the oil under your tongue for ten minutes before swallowing or putting the oil on your fingertip and holding it for a short period against the inside of the cheek. I use the oil when I am stressed. Five drops under the tongue and the results are a quick, calmative sense of relaxation. I also use this if I get symptoms that a migraine headache is starting. Beats the hell out of aspirin or another type of painkiller poison. No side effects. My dog Buddy is on CBD, and he’s the happiest and healthiest he’s been in five years.
