Lynn Sholes’s interest in archaeology and her work with the Broward County Archaeological Society led her to write historical fiction about the indigenous peoples of South Florida, then writing as Lynn Armistead McKee. The setting for the six EDGE OF THE NEW WORLD SERIES is South Florida approximately 2500 years ago—long before European contact.
Lynn also co-writes thrillers with Joe Moore. Titles include: The Cotten Stone series—THE GRAIL CONSPIRACY, THE LAST SECRET, THE HADES PROJECT, THE 731 LEGACY; A Seneca Hunt thriller—THE PHOENIX APOSTLES; and the Maxine Decker series—THE BLADE and THE SHIELD and THE TOMB. Most recently they published a medical thriller, BRAIN TRUST.
Lynn is a member of International Thriller Writers, Mystery Writers of America, Florida Writers Association, The Authors Guild, and Novelists, Inc. She also leads a writing critique group for FWA. Lynn writes from her home in the Sunshine State.
